Demola Rauf ADEDOYIN, CEO / Consultant.
He has over two decades of experience in the market with quality exposure to marketing communications, trading and public service. He has a knack for taking up challenges and delivering results, and has demonstrated this year-on-year in conglomerates, the private sector and the informal sectors.
He is an alumnus of the Unilever Marketing Academy, London, and The National Institute for Policy & Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos (PSLC-20), amongst other programs at home and abroad.
He began his career in Markomms as an executive with MC&A Saatchi & Saatchi and Rosabel Leo Burnett. He moved on to Unilever Nigeria in the marketing services unit, and later served as Head of Marketing Communications (CCM). He had a sterling portfolio performance in the multi-million dollar consolidated role within the Africa Regional Group.
As CEO of Integrated Troops, a frontline FMCG ideas activation consultancy and a member of the Genity Partnerships, he successfully handled battle briefs for category market shares amongst other challenges for brands and causes, with stand-out executions in Lubricants, Tobacco, Laundry, Foods, Hospitality, Oral Care, Toilet Care, Skin Health, Banking and Telecom wars.
He was also a Contractor and Communication Consultant for SURE-P/MCH and the MDGs. He had experience working with NPHCDA in the Monitoring & Evaluation of WHO, GAVI and other key development partners’ programs. He is a registered member of the ARCON, NIPRM NIMN amongst other professional bodies.
